116 Central Park South, or the Park House as it is better known, is a 17-story, 79-unit building that was completed in 1962 and converted into its current form in 1988. It is located exactly at the southern end of Central Park and is not too far from the 5th Avenue/59th Street subway station. This building provides one- and two-bedrooms with some of the most amazing views of 5th Avenue and Central Park that anyone could possibly experience.
The units at the Park House are designed to give residents all the luxuries and services they could ever ask for. The units include fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, marble bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout.
The Park House also includes a number of convenient services for every resident’s around the clock needs. Residents receive access to bike rooms, storage rooms, private garage spaces and even a fitness room complete with today’s newest exercise machines.
Besides living steps from Central Park, also nearby are the upscale stores on Fifth Avenue, boutiques on Madison to the east, Lincoln Center a few blocks to the west, and it’s also right alongside the Intercontinental Hotel and Berkeley House.
Park House offers residents that coveted blend of location and luxury in Manhattan.
